Congratulations to the team at our Coventry readymix plant and the entire Cluster 16 team.  Matt Doran reports: “The team produced nearly two thirds of the volume as Value Added Product – ranging from our Advanced Block & Beam Macro Fibre Mix (the first time we have produced this from the plant), to our ‘standard’ Evolution mix, and some Advanced Paving 200 thrown in for good measure.

Each mix had its own specific challenges, be they technical, operational or commercial – but we were able to provide each of the 3 x customers with a solution saving them time, money, labour or all 3.

Special thanks should go to Cluster 16 Technical Manager Gilbery Morgan for his assistance both on and off site, as well as Relief Plant Supervisor M Winnard for whom nothing was too much trouble (including numerous trips to and from the fibre shed).

And to top it all off, we sold an additional 6 x tubs of curing agent and a sprayer for the Evolution.”
