Mandy Wins For Best Practice Idea!

Well done to Mandy Robinson, Planning Team Leader at Uddingston, for winning the Call Bob Refresher Best Practice Competition!

She was presented with a £25 M&S voucher by Ronnie Simpson for her suggestions on how to improve Customer Service that will be implemented as Best Practice, as part of the Call Bob refresher training rolled out recently to all Planning Departments in the UK.

She was one of ten successful employees who entered the National initiative.
