Tracey Taylor, one of our Sales Reps, posted this great customer service story on Shift: “I just wanted to thank you all for your fantastic effort this week on your flexibility on producing the extra material at Brighton for a customer collecting by ship for export to Ireland. The planned vessel size was 850tonnes of 20mm, however, this then increased to 1,350tonnes. Finally, our customer found a vessel to take 1,500t of 10/20mm and also 500t 10mm!  Thank you to the brilliant Transport team for getting the material into Shoreham Port in what must be a record time!!
