A customer made unusual use of our new track system on Go.  Our driver, Adrian Bouldy, covering our Goole Plant, wasn’t confident of the area whilst delivering a load to Firbeck Construction.  Unbeknown to him the customer had looked on the track function of Go and seen that he was going the wrong way!

Adrian pulled over to a safe place to call the customer and when he did he was surprised to hear him say: “I’m in the white van just in front of you!”  The customer had used Track to find out where his delivery was, saw the truck going the wrong way on the app and got in his van to find him at his stopping point! The customer then guided the CEMEX delivery to the site… an added bonus of our new track system!!! Best for customers AND drivers…..
