UK Cement Keeping Up Customer Service

In a quarter that presented more than its usual challenges Craig Williamson, Director of Cement Commercial, was delighted to announce that the UK Cement team: “Stepped up and continued to deliver excellent service to our customers.”We have more to improve but an NPS score of +56 demonstrates we are moving forward. Congratulations to all involved.”

Graeme Barton commented: “This is a fantastic score and reflects the real team effort both within the Commercial team of Mark, Dave, Ian, Gary and Glyn, along with the wider team of Customer Services and the Packing team.”
