Rob McCallum of Story Contracting emailed on a Monday morning to thank us for the superb quality and service at their completed Bathgate contract.  Then that very night the customer called our Batcher, George Hall, at 9.05pm in a panic – they had forgotten an additional pour of five loads!

Heather Marshall opened up the office to arrange the order and arrange plant and truck cover with Derek Caird, Owen Conroy and George.  Within two hours of the initial call their first load was on site.   Rob contacted us again on the Tuesday to once again sing George’s and Heather’s praise.
