The 2016/18 Technical Development Programme (TDP) kicked off on 25th October with a programme orientation day at the UK National Technical Centre in Southam. The purpose of the TDP is to better equip delegates with the skills required to fulfil managerial roles within the Technical Department.

The programme is open to technical employees from Materials, Cement and Building Products with training covering all aspects of each of these areas of the UK business.
