Ken Simpson celebrated his 40 years service at the end of February and is pictured, centre, being presented with his gift by Shift Manager, John Siviter (left) and Team Leader, Glenn Towers, (right). 

Ken’s career has developed from a lorry driver at the old Rugby Works to his current role as Process Controller for the cement mills.
