Alan came to CEMEX as an agency driver in 2000 delivering bagged cement prepack product out of South Ferriby and took up a permanent role in 2002 as CEMEX Bulk Tanker Driver.He then progressed to Lead Driver and Driver Training Assessor before taking the role last year of Driver Development Officer.

Prior to CEMEX Alan was in the Armed Forces for 13 years in the Royal Engineers and did 5 years at Somerfield distribution.
