The ongoing work on the COVID control measures at our main offices across the UK is progressing well, with many sites nearing completion.

Key highlights over the last week include:

• Rugby:
  • The Perspex for desk screens has arrived, and screens have been installed on the 4^th The 2^nd and 3^rd floors are next on the schedule
  • Declutter has finished on the 2^nd, 3^rd and 6^th floors, bar a final sweep
• The Preston Brook, Egham and Stockton offices have reached the end of decluttering and are all on track to be ready mid-August

Next Steps

We understand that some employees are keen to return to offices; however, having considered the infection rates across the country and business needs, the RRT have agreed there are no imminent plans for a general return to the offices.  This will however be kept under review. Employees must not start working from the main offices without authorisation from the RRT. We appreciate everyone’s patience and support and ask all employees to continue to work remotely as they have been doing until we advise otherwise.
