When booking hotels for business, please be reminded that as per the Cemex Travel & Expenses UK policy, you are required to submit a valid VAT receipt when completing your expenses. This is so Cemex can claim the VAT back.

The preferred option for booking hotels is through our CWT platform. If, however, a hotel is not available through CWT, you may use hotels.com or booking.com but we strongly advise that you pay on departure and ask for a valid VAT receipt at time of payment. Please avoid paying for your hotel online through sites as they do not provide a valid VAT receipt.
