Carly Flitton gets a Distinction

Well done to Carly Flitton who recently achieved a Distinction in her Level 3 Customer Service Training NVQ. She has had to contend with working from home and putting in many hours out of her own time to achieve this high standard.

Carl Milton commented: “What an achievement despite all the challenges we have had. You have certainly led the group in this pilot of the training.”

Pearson, the awarding body, were also impressed and commented: “It was a great result, and to achieve a Distinction when this standard is particularly challenging is amazing.”
