Congratulations to Derek Sheehan who is celebrating 15 years of service. He first joined CEMEX as a Sales Agent in London & South East Sales Centre in Thorpe, working in the concrete business. During that time he also had spells in Shipping. Derek then moved on, working as a Plant Supervisor producing concrete at our Guildford plant, and then had a return spell in the Sales Office.

In 2014 Derek was promoted to Sales Executive for the Mortar & Screed business in the South East and then moved into the challenging London market where he has remained ever since. In 2018 Derek moved into the newly created position of Sales Executive for the Urbanisation Solutions Dry Mortar Business with special responsibilities for growing the business in London, the UK’s major urban market.
