Gary began his career in the Lincolnshire Paving Solutions gangs, and over the past four decades he has built an inspiring legacy of commitment, growth, and leadership. His journey has taken him through various roles in the Asphalt business, from multi-skilled operative to Foreman, then Assistant Manager, and now proudly serving as Plant Manager at the Lincoln Coated Plant.

The Lincoln Plant—one of the oldest within our Asphalt operations – continues to perform to the highest standards, a testament to Gary’s unwavering dedication and leadership. His work ethic and deep knowledge have earned him the respect of colleagues and peers across the business.

Gary’s 40 year milestone is more than a celebration of time, it’s a reflection of the impact one person can have through perseverance, passion, and professionalism.
