CEMEX eNPS Q2 – Let’s Get Ready!

We want CEMEX to be a great place to work – so in 2021 we’re tracking quarterly how everyone feels about working here at CEMEX with our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) pulse surveys.

It’s important as it’s our way of measuring Workforce Experience and how likely we all are to recommend CEMEX as a great place to work.

The results for Q1-2021 eNPS demonstrated continued improvement for the UK with a healthy eNPS score of +10 (compared to +5 in 2020). This compares to a strong EMEA regional result of +34 eNPS (compared to +20 in 2020).

Please look out for the Q2 survey from our provider Perceptyx, which is launching at the end of this month and be sure to complete it.
