Please can we ask all P-Card holders and approvers to ensure they are aware and understand changes to the General Ledger (GL) codes and cost centres that will be in place from 28th March onwards.
Please continue to code and approve transactions in the normal way up until Monday 28th March.
From this date onwards, the new GL and cost centres will change and you will then need to code accordingly.
