The following organisational changes have also been announced in HR: 

Jill Delaney former HR Director Operations & UK Training & Development has been appointed HR Director reporting directly to Derek O’Donnell.

Liz Burns former UK Services HR Director has been appointed HR Business Partner – Maternity Cover.

Stewart Hook former Learning & Development Manager has been appointed HR Business Partner – Aggregates.

 Rob Greenfield former Learning & Development Manager has been appointed Planning, Development & Training Manager.

Sonam Sharma former Compensation Manager has been appointed Compensation, Benefits & Pensions Manager.

These appointments are effective from 1st May 2016 and we wish all of these executives continued success in their careers with CEMEX.

Mike Seaman has decided to retire from the business. We thank Mike for his support and contribution to CEMEX and wish him a long and happy future.
