Readymix Scotland region will report into Craig Williamson, who will become Regional Director for Northern and Scotland. Scotland retains its regional status and Gerry McGovern remains as Business Manager – Scotland reporting to Craig. All other job roles and reporting lines are unaffected.

Damon Montgomery, Commercial Manager for Northern region, will assume additional duties as Project Manager for the Readymix Pricing Initiative and as Chairman of the Readymix Pricing “Think Tank”, supported by Duncan Hartshorne, Business Performance Manager. Damon will continue to report directly to Craig Williamson and Duncan to Neil Palmer.

Noel Dixon will assume additional responsibilities as Project Manager for the RMS implementation and Gerry Archibald, Tony Connolly, Damian McGhee, Paul Smith and Emma Howell have been seconded to the RMS project which is expected to continue throughout 2015.
