At our Coventry Head Office we’ve recently launched a new quarterly charity support initiative, launched last week supporting the local the University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire Charity. The campaign, Check Your Ducks, is a cancer awareness initiative, using the idiom “get your ducks in a row” to remind people to regularly check their bodies for unusual changes and seek early detection for better outcomes.

This week the campaign at Binley continued with the national Wear it Pink campaign, supporting for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Head Office colleagues enjoyed a fun day of wearing pink clothing and accessories and enjoying a fantastic bake sale featuring lots of tasty pink cakes and cookies.

Also on sale were lots of fun themed ducks supporting the Check Your Ducks campaign, including Halloween and Christmas themed ducks.

The day was a great success, raising a fantastic £503. A big thank you to Michelle and Hollie for organising, and to all our Head Office colleagues for your generosity and support – together we’re making a real difference.
