Mid January saw a new face join the Team at Ferriby Cement Plant.  Nigel Smith took up the position of Continuous Improvement Manager. Nigel, who moved across from Pro Ash, has worked for the company for 12 years.

Nigel’s role will be to implement and integrate lean management strategies into everyday operations and to improve the sites housekeeping standards using the 5S philosophy.
