Concrete Products Customer Service team has been taking part in a Distributors Progression Program in 2018.

As part of this program Kieran, Matt, Keisha and Amber completed a two-day course at Buxton Concrete Products.

Plant Manager, Paul Kania, delivered modules on Health and Safety, VFLs and Continuous Improvement.  He commented: ‘This was a great course to be involved in.  We spent a great deal of time over the few days talking about improvement the teams could make back in their places of work, and it was great to see the guys interacting with site employees/hauliers whilst carrying out VFL practice.”

This is a great development opportunity for all involved Caring for Employees.
