Last week was Time to Talk week and many of you took time out with your colleagues to have some conversations about your mental Health. We hope these conversations will continue.

One of the teams who took time out to talk were the Dove Holes DSM Refurbishment Base and Via Nova teams. They had lots of good discussions on mental health and how many of them find that a tough day at work can follow them home, and then have an effect on their family time.

Each member of the team felt comfortable enough to talk about what causes stress in their lives, and discussed possible solutions and support. The teams also took the opportunity to watch the Q1 2024 Time Out video and to go through the recent Safety Alerts.
