“The Senior Management team and I have been reviewing our Christmas break period for 2018 and in particular, Christmas Eve, which falls on a Monday. To thank you all and further recognise your hard work and contribution towards delivering good performance in challenging times while proudly contributing to build a Greater Britain, we will exceptionally allocate an additional day’s holiday for Christmas Eve.”
