Last week we say goodbye to Jim Rust who retires after 49 years plus with the business.

Jim started as a Batcher at Great Waltham where he rode on a train pulling materials to load the truck mixers, he then managed our MiniCrete business, spent time as a Relief Batcher/Driver before joining the Technical Department in 1990.

“Jim’s caring nature, commitment and knowledge has been invaluable with customers and in developing people,” commented National Technical Manager, Richard Kershaw. “I have checked in with Jim this afternoon and can confirm his last cubes have been stripped and moulds all cleaned!  Very best wishes to Jim and family.”
