Pull on your dancing shoes, show us your special moves and get into the MOVEmber feel-good vibe!
During November here is a challenge for you and your teams to move a little more and stay healthy.. Get those Feel Good feelings flowing to banish the winter blues!
- It’s called MOVEmber and it’s open to all – either as individuals or in teams of any number. Include your family and children if you wish!
- Find the Pharrell Williams “Happy” tune on your computer or phone at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6Sxv-sUYtM (or other music sites if not available when on CEMEX systems)
- Make sure you’re on a safe, non-slip floor with no trip hazards and bright lighting in your normal workplace or at home
- Pick a good background so we can see you clearly, and rehearse your dance
- Set up your smartphone to video-record – maybe ask a friend to help
- Then record a 10 second dance and clap along in time with the music – include your own speciality moves and grooves
- Save the clip on your phone then email it to gb-communicationsandpublicaffairs@cemex.com or send by WeTransfer if it’s a large file – closing date Friday 25th November
