Dear Colleagues, I am honoured that so many projects from our region are among the winners of the Cemex Global Awards.
Congratulations to all of you on your commitment and the great ideas that are being implemented in EMEA countries but also many improvements. I encourage you to feel proud of all our achievements.
With your ideas, we are creating a new generation of services and solutions available to our stakeholders and to all of us.
I believe that our values are the foundation of our business, and we will continue building a better and brighter future together. The initiatives in the areas of H&S, Sustainability, Customer Centricity, and Smart Innovations which received recognition confirm the implementation of many projects and their importance in the realisation of the Cemex strategy. You proved that with your daily commitment, knowledge, and experience you can win in any category.
Our most important priority, Health & Safety, continues to evolve. By implementing your endless ideas, we can all feel safer each day at work and return home safely to our families.
Our definition of Sustainability and combating climate change is for all of us the same and the success of this category is only the confirmation that we are implementing the right initiatives on our journey to be a net zero company.
Customer Centricity is essential. Each day we are improving our customer service and introducing new products, solutions, and digitalisation of our business to make our company the first choice for our customers. The constantly improving NPS factor is proof of our high standards.
We want to be the leader also in Innovations in our sector, which is why all of your ideas to continuously innovate our business and decarbonize our operations are reflected in the activities and ideas submitted to the competition at our sites in the region.
