The following article is important information about our payroll and payslips.
Managers, please can you ensure that you bring this to all our employees’ attention and that this is shared on notice boards where appropriate so that those who aren’t online also have access to this message.
As part of the HR Evolution | Working Smarter initiative, we are continuing to work on delivering a better workforce experience around our operations.
Starting this month, Tata Consultancy Services will be our new provider for Payroll, supported by Ernst and Young (EY). Through this new partnership we will leverage digital technologies to become more efficient in our services. This means that we will be making some changes to how you view your payslip.
Online Payslips
Starting this month, if you currently access your payslip online through Shift, your payslip for December pay (paid on 3rd January) will instead be available by accessing the EY Interactive Portal (IP) and mobile app. Your payslip should be available for you to view by 28th December.
In the next few days, you will receive a welcome e-mail from EY that will contain information about how to enroll on their portal and how to use it.
Historical payslips (from November 2022 and prior) will still be available in Shift if you need them.
Paper Payslips
For employees who currently receive their payslip through the post, this will continue, although your payslip may look slightly different. In due course and as our HR Evolution continues, we expect that all employees will eventually be able to view their payslips online.
