As part of the ongoing Northern Materials Familiarisation Initiative, members of the Preston Brook Planning team are visiting the Readymix plants which they deal with on a daily basis. The aim of the visits is to give the teams a wider understanding of the Materials business, and generally meet the person on the other end of the telephone to enhance relationships.

Planners, Jessica Murrell and Jennifer Tyghe, recently visited the Altrincham, Oldham and Gorton plants, accompanied by Readymix Operations Manager, Chris Rudd. The visits were considered to be very worthwhile and informative. More visits scheduled in the upcoming months.
