“Last week the South Coast Materials team held a really positive commercial call where we spent the first section purely socially catching up (taking the ‘water cooler’ advice from the recent training videos). As you can see from the photo we also got to say hello to our Commercial Manager, Courtney’s baby, Tyde!

It was genuinely very uplifting spending some time focussed on each other’s families before we got into business. Most of the team also pre-arranged to wear their favourite team’s football shirts for the call too – and we are thinking of ways to keep things fun and interesting for future weeks.”
