The Cemex UK Gender Pay Report 2025 has recently been published and outlines the company’s continued commitment to fairness, transparency and inclusion, presenting its eighth year of gender pay reporting based on a snapshot date of 5th April 2025.
The report confirms that while Cemex’s workforce remains predominantly male, reflecting the wider construction materials sector, progress continues to be made, with increased female representation across all pay quartiles and a rising proportion of women receiving bonuses.
The gender pay and bonus gaps are largely influenced by workforce composition, senior role eligibility and a higher proportion of women working part?time roles. Alongside the data, the report highlights ongoing actions to support women’s development, health and wellbeing, celebrates female role models across the business, and demonstrates Cemex’s broader commitment to creating an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
