We have several long service awards to celebrate this week!

Firstly, congratulations to two team members from Wangford quarry for reaching employment milestones.

Thomas Chapman is celebrating 25 years in the business. Over his time working at CEMEX he has predominantly been the Loading Shovel Operator at Wangford. He used his gift to invest in a scooter and he has also joined the Carlton Colville Chapter; on Sunday mornings the group tour East Anglia.

Meanwhile, David Harmer, Assistant Quarry Manager, has reached 15 years – he invested in some new sportswear with his gift.

Secondly, Pallett Hill quarry are celebrating Weighbridge Clerk, Lyn Kavanagh, who has reached 15 years of service to CEMEX. Lyn has been an integral part of the site these past 15 years, and it’s great for the team to be able to celebrate this milestone with her.
