This month we are celebrating several long service awards for our colleagues. Thank you and many congratulations to everyone on your long service awards!  

Congratulations Keren

Congratulations to Keren Castle for achieving 25 years long service in September!

Keren joined RMC Readymix in September 1998 working in internal sales and shipping at our former Attenborough Office in Nottingham. After a very happy 2 years in this role, Keren moved on into an external aggregate sales role which then grew into her current role today covering Nottingham, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.

Reflecting back, Keren commented “I have worked with so many wonderful people over the years and no two days are ever alike. You can have your day all planned out and then it can change instantly with a phone call or an email. During my 25 years, it’s been good to see more women coming into the industry as there were very few when I joined. I would like to say here’s to another 25 years, but I’m not sure an 80-year-old me would have the stamina!”
