As part of their leadership programme delegates from the Crown Estate run course had a tour of the Sand Falcon.  This was part of their dredger operation module.

The industry-wide Marine Aggs Business Leadership course involved delegates from CEMEX, Tarmac, Hanson, Bretts, Aggregate Industries and Van Oord. The course is run by the Crown Estates to promote expertise coming through the industry in future years.

It is amazingly beneficial for the delegates, who not only have a significant learning opportunity, but also share good practice across major firms and network with industry colleagues.

The dredging module content included a presentation at a nearby hotel on dredger construction, specification and operations, with a guided tour hosted by CEMEX aboard the Sand Falcon.
