Would you want to take part – a 10k run with ridiculous obstacles in the way to make it harder,  a ‘warm up’ that involves rolling in mud,  having to wade through a cold river  with a few swims, climbs and extra runs thrown in?  Well, seven of the Aggregates Team decided to take part in the Wolf Run at Stamford Hall near Rugby.  “The rain was torrential and the mud was deeper than ever before with people getting stuck up to their waists and needing to be pulled out. But I loved it!   It was a fabulous Team event with all of us running together and helping each other around the course.  Despite the awful conditions we had great fun and it was good exercise.” comments Rob Doody, Aggregate Operations Director.
