As ongoing efforts to improve working efficiencies, reduce our environmental impact and control costs we are implementing the leading print management software application called PaperCut.
You may have noticed the software appear on your computer already.
The software will be used with the A3 and A4 office printers including the new Kyocera models and Toshiba printers. Every time you print off a job the theoretical cost will be calculated and displayed. This cost will accumulate throughout the month so that you can track these costs. It resets on the 1st of every month.
We are also pleased to say that we have secured a new contract to replace our ageing Toshiba office printers with the latest models from Kyocera. This will start immediately and will last for approximately four weeks. The cost per copy has been reduced by 50% and an automatic monitoring and replenishment process is retained. Moving forward, we will be introducing other new functionalities which will provide easier and more secure ways to print when working in CEMEX offices.
