Congratulations to Paul Craven (pic left) who reached 30 years service on 29th September 2016. Paul is married to his wife Gail of 30 years, father to Joel and Leah, proud Grandad to George 7 months. In his spare time Paul is a keen photographer, loves walking at weekends and follows his favourite team, Manchester United.

He started in 1986 with RMC Readymix in the Shipping Department for 4 years before transfer into internal sales for 4 years, from there he has been an External Sales Representative for 20 years.  Currently Paul is the Merseyside Sales Representative responsible for 5 Readymix Plants in what is one of the most challenging markets in the UK.

One of Paul’s proudest achievements was a 2 year HNC course in Business Management in 2005 funding by himself, then in 2007 he passed a 1st Class Honours Degree sponsored by CEMEX in Business Management at Chester University.
