It is with great sadness that we heard our old friend and colleague, Paul Rosie, had passed away on 31st July 2022.
Paul joined the company in 2001 when his previous employer Alexander Russell was acquired by RMC, and for the next 15 years Paul held senior leadership positions in almost all the businesses at many UK locations in RMC and CEMEX. His passion for the quarrying, asphalt and concrete industry was infectious, and he inspired all his teams with enthusiasm, drive and sense of humour. Paul was a well-liked, sociable and genuine person who always lit up a room with his jovial nature. After his retirement from CEMEX in 2016 he continued in various consultancy roles with independent companies, and he will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
