As part of our ongoing commitment to learning, development and inclusion, we are exploring the introduction of a mentorship scheme for women in our UK business, planned as part of our wider 2026 development programme.
To help us create something that is relevant and impactful, we would really appreciate your feedback. Whether you would be interested in taking part in the pilot scheme or simply have views on what good support and development looks like, your feedback will help shape the programme from the outset.
