Congratulations to Les Grabarz (on left of pic with Carl Milton) who has hit the 25 years service mark with us.  Les started work in Shap Quarry as a building contractor and was subsequently taken on as a Class One Driver.

He became a Driver Supervisor in 2001 and went on to supervise Carlisle Coating and Readymix Plant and volumetric business.

He became Transport Manager in 2004 looking after Cumbria and the North East, and his role is currently North West Area Logistics Manager.

He is passionate about transport and road safety and takes a very active role in taking the safety message into our local communities supporting school visits and supporting the Driver Apprentice Scheme.
