For exceptional contributions that go above and beyond, nominate a colleague or team through our Thanks For Your Effort scheme. Winners can receive vouchers, recognition in UK News and appreciation from across the business, while all nominees receive an exclusive “Awesome” mug.

Complete the nomination form HERE and tell us why your colleague or team deserves recognition. A senior management panel will review all nominations and select winners from Categories 1 and 2.
