In 2020 we suspended the need to reset your network passwords but this was reinstated in October 2020. Please remember that you need to reset your network password ideally every 45 days.

If you have not changed your password in the past months please do this now.

Further to the above we also want to communicate the process to follow if your password expires and you cannot logon. Previously you had to call the GSC in this event but now we have created a process you can execute yourself. There is a document which can help you reset your password and this can be found in the download section of the UK News website here
