This is to remind that our latest Employee Engagement Survey is now live until 30th October.  Hopefully most have now received ‘Have Your Say’ mugs this week and your CEMEXPRESS copy to your home address with a tea bag attached, so you can have a cuppa and chat to your colleagues about work!  Talk about what has got better, what hasn’t and then fill in the Engagement Survey on-line.

There have been lots of actions taken from the last Survey including: refurbishing some mess rooms; encouraging visits to other business units; creating new local communications forums for employees; rolling out LEAN training; introducing new communication channels; promoting employee 1-2-1s and working to create fairness with terms and conditions.

These actions are as a direct result of your Survey feedback.  So HAVE YOUR SAY again.

If you have a CEMEX email address you will receive a link from our third party consultant, Kenexa, to complete it. People without CEMEX email addresses will receive a paper survey from their Manager. If you have not yet received either of these, please contact your Line Manager or HR Business Partner.
