Well done to the team at Cemex Building Product’s Rochester site, where they manufacture concrete sleepers for Network Rail and London Underground. The team have been very proactive by creating a Wellbeing Corner in the office to share Wellbeing resources.

Catherine Bath, Production Administrator at the site, said: “The team at Rochester are passionate about circulating the importance of wellbeing and mental health, and I am shortly going to be completing my mental health first aid course to make sure the staff on site have further access if needed.”

Alongside the site’s Wellbeing Corner on site, which includes a blood pressure monitor, information and resources on wellbeing techniques, they also have a suggestion box for employees to submit ideas on improvements to make the workplace better for wellbeing.
