Rugby’s packing plant has been breaking records lately, but in order to further improve efficiency and output, 5 members of the packing Team spent 2 days with the equipment manufacturer, Arodo. 

Based in Belgium, Arodo design and manufacture customer-specific packing machines for a wide range of industry sectors, including construction, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.  The Team were shown the best techniques when operating Rugby’s line 3 plastic packer and given trouble-shooting training for when problems occur.
