Staff at Somercotes Rail Solutions currently held a Team Building Race Day at a local go-karting centre.

Production Supervisor, Sonny Netto, comments: “We decided to do something different this year for our team building event and it was the employees who suggested go-karting. After a thorough safety briefing we got down to some serious racing!

It was great fun and really competitive, and obviously no contact!!!

Our Maintenance Fitter won the race and overall it was a great team building day. The team work hard all year round so these events are great for having some fun and letting our hair down!!”
