Congratulations to August and July winners: Clint Yarwood, UK IT Support Leader, and Gavin Herrick, Assistant Quarry Manager, West Deeping, for going above and beyond your day jobs. 

Clint won for his calm response helping a colleague fix his laptop three hours one evening before a vital meeting.  Clint is always available to help and gives 110%.  So many times Clint has come to the rescue when the GSC are unable to help, often during evenings and weekends.  Clint has displayed this behaviour over a long and sustained period and really deserves this recognition.

Gavin Herrick organised the digging out of a large amount of soil on site when a mains water pipe burst on our site boundary.  The pipe fed the local village and so it was vital it was fixed quickly.  Gavin helped the Anglian Water engineers by digging on site and working until 9pm to ensure the work was carried out safely.
