Our Shipping Team in Readymix Sheffield – including David Sowden, Mark Taylor, Kirsty Hughson, and Daisy Cole (and Mark Stevens who has since left the company) are an integral part of our chain yet very often get overlooked. They were nominated for giving outstanding customer service, delivering 6,000m3 of concrete in a week without any issues. The Shipping Team ensured our customer service promise was upheld and provided dozens of solutions to our customers. The Team did this despite the fact that there are a lot of personnel changes taking place, so this made their performance even more remarkable.
