Alistair Mackay is pictured receiving vouchers to the value of £50 from Cambusmore Quarry Manager, Ian Kerr. 

Alistair was nominated for this award for his continuous commitment to Just Ci. He has continuously kept his Mobile plant idling time below 20%.  He is almost always the most efficient operator we have in Scotland and 10 months out of 12 he was in the top 5 best performers in the UK.  As a result fuel usage has been minimised because of the way he operates the machine.

Congratulations Alistair, you should be proud of your achievements and you have shown that the target of 20% idling time is achievable.
