Adam Leverett is delighted to introduce everyone to two new members of the ‘EXCEED’ Operational Excellence West Europe Materials Team
Thomas Greard – Responsable Performance Opérationnelle BPE – France.
Thomas joined the company on 1st February 2021. He is a trained Lean Manager bringing experiences from a range of manufacturing industries.
He will be responsible for Operational Excellence for the Readymix Operations in France. He lives in the Paris area with his partner and young family, and he loves rugby.
Matthew Baines – Operational Excellence & Systems Analyst – WEM.
Matthew joined CEMEX in 2014 and has worked in various roles within our Building Products department. He will be joining the EXCEED team on 1st March 2021 and will be responsible for several key OE initiatives across WEM.
He lives in the Midlands in the UK with his fiancée and is a keen DIY enthusiast who has landscaped his own garden among other projects.
