A quick reminder for you all that – WE’X is the new employee survey for 2019, moving on from the previous Employee Engagement Survey.
WE’X is a survey that aims to measure the Workforce Experience. These surveys are carried out periodically to check employees’ perceptions of working at CEMEX.
All employees are encouraged to complete the survey, either online or using a paper version.
The survey will launch on Monday 14th October and run until Friday 8th November 2019, and is completely confidential.
Please print the poster available in the download section of the UK News website and pin to noticeboards at your sites – when the survey opens the QR code can be used for easy online access.
